Kauai real estate stats for March 2021 compared to March 2020

Here is the March 2021 and March 2020  monthly comparison.  The number of  Kauai home sales in March 2021 increased by 26% compared to March 2020 home sales. 2021 Kauai condo sales increased by 46% compared to 2020 condo sales. 2021 Kauai vacant land sales increased by a whopping  700% compared to vacant land sales sold in 2020.  The most noticeable increase was in Koloa land sales, of which 13 of the 15 land sales were purchased at Kukui’ula. These 13 land sales at Kukui’ula ranged from $525,000 to $4,150,000, lot sizes ranging from 9,124 square feet to 1.63 acres.       To find out more,  contact any one of the TEAM MIRA agents.

Kauai property sales for March 2021  are reflected in the graph above.  68 Kauai residential homes, 24 vacant Kauai land properties, and  57 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai for the month of March 2021.    The Koloa district led sales with 54 transactions, followed by  Hanalei with 38 transactions,   followed by Kapaa with 37 transactions, followed by Lihue with 14 transactions, and  Waimea with 6 transactions.  (See previous blog posts for prior months’ statistics)
