Kauai real estate transactions for the month of Octoberr 2019 are reflected on the graph above. 44 Kauai residential homes, 12 vacant Kauai land properties and 45 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai for the 10th month in 2019. The Koloa district led sales with 31 transactions, followed by the Hanalei district with 26 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 24 transactions, followed by Lihue with 13 transactions, and Waimea with 7 transactions.
