Kauai real estate transactions for the month of February 2020 are reflected on the graph above. 34 Kauai residential homes, 3 vacant Kauai land properties and 27 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai for February 2020. The Koloa district led sales 22 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 17 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 16 transactions, followed by Lihue with 5 and Waimea with 4 transactions.
