Kauai real estate transactions for the month of January 2020 are reflected on the graph above. 34 Kauai residential homes, 10 vacant Kauai land properties and 19 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai for January 2020. The Kapaa Kapaa districts led sales with 18 transactions, followed by the Hanalei and Koloa districst with 15 transactions each, followed by Lihue with 13 transactions, and Waimea with 2 transactions.
