The number of Kauai home sales in June 2021 increased by 265% compared to June 2020 home sales. 2021 Kauai condo sales increased by 300% compared to 2020 condo sales. 2021 Kauai vacant land sales increased by 180 % compared to vacant land sales sold in 2020. Kauai property sales for June 2021 are reflected in the graph above. 84 Kauai residential homes, 14 vacant Kauai land properties, and 68 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai for the month of June 2021. The Kapaa district led sales with 47 transactions, followed by Hanalei and Koloa with 46 transactions each, followed by Lihue with 22 transactions, and Waimea with 5 transactions.
