The number of Kauai home sales in May 2021 increased by 245% compared to May 2020 home sales. 2021 Kauai condo sales increased by 160% compared to 2020 condo sales. 2021 Kauai vacant land sales increased by 250 % compared to vacant land sales sold in 2020. Kauai property sales for May 2021 are reflected in the graph above. 69 Kauai residential homes, 21 vacant Kauai land properties, and 65 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai for the month of May 2021. The Koloa district led sales with 56 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 44 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 32 transactions, followed by Lihue with 27 transactions, and Waimea with 7 transactions.
