The number of Kauai real estate transactions for the month of February 2014 is reflected on the graph above. 31 residential homes, 13 vacant land properties, and 21 Kauai condos were sold for the island of Kauai in February 2014. The Hanalei district lead sales with 22 transactions, followed by Koloa with 15 transactions, Kapaa with 12 transactions, Lihue with 11 transactions and Waimea with 5 transactions.
