The number of Kauai real estate transactions for the month of January 2014 is reflected on the graph above. 20 residential homes, 27 vacant land properties, and 33 Kauai condos were sold for the island of Kauai in January 2014. The Kapaa district lead sales with 27 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 19 transactions, Koloa with 16 transactions, Lihue with 14 transactions and Waimea with 4 transactions.
