Kauai real estate transactions for the month of August 2017 are reflected on the graph above. 43 Kauai residential homes, 14 vacant Kauai land properties and 23 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in August 2017. The Koloa district led sales with 24 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 21, Lihue with 14 transactions, Hanalei with 11 transactions, and Waimea with 10 transactions.
