Kauai real estate transactions for the month of July 2017 are reflected on the graph above. 51 Kauai residential homes, 18 vacant Kauai land properties and 32 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in July 2017. The Lihue district led sales with 24 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 26, Koloa with 22 transactions, Hanalei with 20 transactions, and Waimea with 9 transactions.
