Kauai real estate stats for November 2022

November 2022 and November 2021 monthly comparison reveals that the number of Kauai home sales in November 2022 decreased by 52% compared to November 2021 home sales. November 2022 Kauai land sales decreased by 61% compared to November 2021 land sales. November 2022 Kauai condo sales decreased by 64% compared to November 2021 condo sales.  The number of Kauai properties sold decreased by over 50% for homes, condos and vacant land sales compared to last year November.  Due to the lack of inventory and  increase in mortgage rates, Kauai real estates sales for November were dismal.

Kauai real property sales for November 2022 are reflected in the graph above. 23 Kauai residential homes, 7 vacant Kauai land properties, and 19 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai, totaling 49 transactions, for the month of November 2022. The Kapaa district led sales with 15 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 13 transactions, followed by Koloa with 11 transactions, followed by  Lihue with 8 transactions and followed by Waimea with 2 transactions.
