Here is the April 2021 and April 2020 monthly comparison. The number of Kauai home sales in April 2021 increased by 66% compared to April 2020 home sales. 2021 Kauai condo sales increased by 84% compared to 2020 condo sales. 2021 Kauai vacant land sales increased by a whopping 467 % compared to vacant land sales sold in 2020. Kauai property sales for April 2021 are reflected in the graph above. 68 Kauai residential homes, 17 vacant Kauai land properties, and 57 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai for the month of April 2021. The Koloa district led sales with 51 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 38 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 35 transactions, followed by Lihue with 15 transactions, and Waimea with 3 transactions.
On a side note, 2 commercial properties were sold. 1 in Waimea and 1 in Kapaa.
