Kauai property sales for October 2020 are reflected in the graph above. 63 Kauai residential homes, 15 vacant Kauai land properties, and 31 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai for the month of October. The Hanalei district led sales with 37 transactions, followed by Koloa with 27 transactions, followed by Lihue and Kapaa with 16 transactions each, and Waimea with 13 transactions. Here is an October 2020 and October 2019 monthly comparison. 2020 Kauai home sales increased by 37% compared to 2019 home sales. 2020 Kauai condo sales decreased by 31% compared to 2019 condo sales. 2020 Kauai vacant land sales increased by 25% compared to vacant land sales sold in 2019.
