Kauai real property sales for October 2021 are reflected in the graph above. 49 Kauai residential homes, 21 vacant Kauai land properties, and 41 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai for the month of October 2021. The Kapaa district led sales with 34 transactions, followed by Koloa with 31 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 25 transactions, followed by Lihue with 18 transactions and Waimea with 3 transactions.
