Here is a December 2020 and December 2019 monthly comparison. 2020 Kauai home sales increased by 73% compared to 2019 home sales. 2020 Kauai condo sales decreased by 9% compared to 2019 condo sales. 2020 Kauai vacant land sales increased by 214% compared to vacant land sales sold in 2019. Kauai property sales for December 2020 are reflected in the graph above. 71 Kauai residential homes, 22 vacant Kauai land properties, and 40 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai for the month of December. The Koloa led sales with 46 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 37 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 29 transactions, followed by Lihue with 19 transactions and Waimea with 2 transactions.
