Kauai property sales for August 2020 are reflected in the graph above. 46 Kauai residential homes, 12 vacant Kauai land properties, and 19 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai for the month of August. The Koloa district led sales with 23 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 19 transactions, Lihue with 12 transactions, Hanalei with 10 transactions, and Waimea with 4 transactions. Here is an August 2020 and August 2019 monthly comparison. 2019 Kauai home and condo sales were greater than 2020 by 20%. 2019 Kauai land sales were greater than 2020 by 16%.
