Kauai property sales for July 2020 are reflected in the graph above. 37 Kauai residential homes, 15 vacant Kauai land properties, and 25 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai for the month of July. The Koloa district led sales with 29 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 19 transactions, Hanalei with 18 transactions, Lihue with 13 transactions, and Waimea with 2 transactions. Here is a July 2020 and July 2019 monthly comparison. Like June’s comparison, 2019 sales in homes and condos were generally greater than in 2020. However, there was a shift in land sales. There has been a significant interest in land sales since the COVID pandemic.
