Kauai property sales for November 2020  are reflected in the graph above.  59 Kauai residential homes, 11 vacant Kauai land properties, and  32 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai for the month of November.    The Hanalei district led sales with 36 transactions, followed by  Kapaa and Koloa districts with 27 transactions each,   followed by Lihue with 8 transactions and Waimea with 4 transactions.  (See previous blog posts for prior months’ statistics)

Here is a November 2020 and November 2019 monthly comparison.  2020 Kauai home sales increased by 37% compared to 2019 home sales. 2020 Kauai condo sales increased by 19% compared to 2019 condo sales. 2020 Kauai vacant land sales increased by 37.5% compared to vacant land sales sold in 2019.   To find out more,  contact any one of the TEAM MIRA agents.
