Kauai real estate transactions for the month of September 2019 are reflected on the graph above. 50 Kauai residential homes, 13 vacant Kauai land properties and 22 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai for the 9th month in 2019. The Kapaa district led sales with 27 transactions, followed by the Koloa district with 24 transactions, followed by Lihue with 19 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 12 transactions, and Waimea with 3 transactions.
