The number of Kauai real estate transactions for the month of September 2014 is reflected on the graph above. 39 Kauai residential homes, 6 vacant Kauai land properties and 23 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in August 2014. The Kapaa district led sales with 24 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 16 transactions, Lihue with 14 transactions, Koloa with 11 transactions and Waimea with 3 transactions.
