The number of Kauai real estate transactions for the month of October 2014 is reflected on the graph above. 35 Kauai residential homes, 10 vacant Kauai land properties and 29 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in October 2014. The Kapaa district led sales with 26 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 20 transactions, Lihue with 14 transactions, Koloa with 11 transactions and Waimea with 3 transactions.
