Kauai real estate transactions for the month of November 2018 are reflected on the graph above. 40 Kauai residential homes, 6 vacant Kauai land properties and 36 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in September 2018. The Lihue district led sales with 23 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 22 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 17 transactions, followed by Koloa with 18 transactions each, and Waimea with 2 transactions.
