Kauai real estate transactions for the month of May 2016 are reflected on the graph above. 34 Kauai residential homes, 13 vacant Kauai land properties and 33 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in May 2016. The Koloa district led sales with 22 transactions, followed by Lihue with 21 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 19 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 15 transactions and followed by Waimea with 3 transactions.
