Kauai real estate transactions for the month of April 2016 are reflected on the graph above. 47 Kauai residential homes, 13 vacant Kauai land properties and 34 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in April 2016. The Koloa and Kapaa districts led sales with 27 transactions each, followed by Hanalei with 21 transactions, followed by Lihue with 14 transactions, followed by Waimea with 5 transactions.
