Kauai real estate transactions for the month of June 2015 are reflected on the graph above. 47 Kauai residential homes, 13 vacant Kauai land properties and 42 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in June 2015. The Kapaa district led sales with 29 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 27 transactions, Koloa with 23 transactions, Lihue with 20 transactions, and Waimea with 3 transactions.
