The number of Kauai real estate transactions for the month of June 2014 is reflected on the graph above.  52 Kauai residential homes, 11 vacant Kauai land properties and 35 Kauai condos were sold on  the island of Kauai in June 2014.  The  Kapaa district  led sales with 32 transactions, followed by Koloa with 31 transactions, Hanalei with 22 transactions, Lihue with 11 transactions and Waimea with 2 transactions.
