Real property sold on Kauai, July 2014

The number of Kauai real estate transactions for the month of July 2014 is reflected on the graph above. 35 Kauai residential homes, 15 vacant Kauai land properties and 30 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in July 2014. The Kapaa district led sales with 23 transactions, followed by Koloa with 20 transactions, Hanalei with 17 transactions, Lihue with 14 transactions and Waimea with 6 transactions.
