Kauai real estate transactions for the month of January 2019 are reflected on the graph above. 48 Kauai residential homes, 13 vacant Kauai land properties and 31 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai for the 1st month in 2019. The Kapaa district led sales with 26 transactions, followed by Koloa with 23 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 21 transactions, followed by Lihue with 18 transactions each, and Waimea with 4 transactions.
