Kauai real estate transactions for the month of December 2018 are reflected on the graph above. 45 Kauai residential homes, 21 vacant Kauai land properties and 39 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in December 2018. The Koloa district led sales with 44 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 22 transactions, followed by Lihue with 20 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 11 transactions each, and Waimea with 8 transactions. The Koloa district led sales with 399 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 284 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 268 transactions, followed by Lihue with 236 transactions, and Waimea with 59 transactions.
