The Lihue/Hanamaulu district are expecting brand new residential units available for sale by the end of 2017. Developer, D.R. Horton, is projecting 151 residences, to include single family homes and duplexes, to be offered to Kauai residents only for the first 6 months. 32 of the duplexes are anticipated to be under the “affordable homes” category.
