Here is the July 2021 and July 2020 monthly comparison. The number of Kauai home sales in July 2021 increased by 19% compared to July 2020 home sales. 2021 Kauai condo sales increased by 135% compared to 2020 condo sales. 2021 Kauai vacant land sales decreased by 21 % compared to vacant land sales sold in 2020. Kauai property sales for July 2021 are reflected in the graph above. 44 Kauai residential homes, 15 vacant Kauai land properties, and 61 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai for the month of July 2021. The Koloa district led sales with 40 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 38 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 29 transactions, followed by Lihue with 10 transactions and Waimea with 3 transactions.
