Kauai real estate transactions for the month of June 2016 are reflected on the graph above. 62 Kauai residential homes, 10 vacant Kauai land properties and 22 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in June 2016. The Kapaa district led sales with 30 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 25 transactions, followed by Koloa with 18 transactions, followed by Lihue with 17 transactions and followed by Waimea with 4 transactions.
