Kauai real estate transactions for the month of April 2015 are reflected on the graph above. 34 Kauai residential homes, 7 vacant Kauai land properties and 24 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in April 2015. The Hanalei district led sales with 19 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 18 transactions, Koloa with 15 transactions, Lihue with 12 transactions, and Waimea with 1 transaction.
