Kauai real estate transactions for the month of February 2015 are reflected on the graph above. 25 Kauai residential homes, 11 vacant Kauai land properties and 22 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in January. The Hanalei district led sales with 16 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 15 transactions, Koloa with 14 transactions, Lihue with 12 and Waimea with 1 transaction.
