Kauai real estate transactions for the month of February 2015 are reflected on the graph above. 34 Kauai residential homes, 20 vacant Kauai land properties and 24 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in March 2015. The Hanalei district led sales with 27 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 24 transactions, Lihue with 15 transactions, Koloa with 11 transactions, and Waimea with 1 transaction.
