Kauai real estate transactions for the month of Seeptember 2018 are reflected on the graph above. 56 Kauai residential homes, 7 vacant Kauai land properties and 38 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in September 2018. The Koloa district led sales with 36 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 27 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 19 transactions, followed by Lihue with 13 transactions each, and Waimea with 6 transactions.
