Kauai real estate transactions for the month of September 2015 are reflected on the graph above. 35 Kauai residential homes, 10 vacant Kauai land properties and 26 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in September 2015. The Hanalei district led sales with 20 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 18 transactions, Koloa with 16 transactions, Lihue with 14 transactions, and Waimea with 3 transactions.
