The number of Kauai real estate transactions for the month of September 2013 is reflected on the graph above. Kapaa (19) led home sales, with Hanalei (8) coming in second, for the month of September. Lihue led condo sales again for September with 11 condo transactions. Kapaa led total sales for September 2013, with 28 real estate transactions. (see previous blog posts for prior months)
