Kauai real estate transactions for the month of September 2016 are reflected on the graph above. 44 Kauai residential homes, 9 vacant Kauai land properties and 28 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in September 2016. The Hanalei district led sales with 24 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 21 transactions, followed by Koloa with 14 transactions, followed by Lihue with 13 transactions and followed by Waimea with 9 transactions.
