Kauai real estate transactions for the month of October 2018 are reflected on the graph above. 34 Kauai residential homes, 12 vacant Kauai land properties and 31 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in October 2018. The Kapaa district led sales with 22 transactions, followed by Koloa with 20 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 18 transactions, followed by Lihue with 13 transactions each, and Waimea with 4 transactions.
