Kauai real estate transactions for the month of October 2017 are reflected on the graph above. 49 Kauai residential homes, 21 vacant Kauai land properties and 57 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in October 2017. The Koloa district led sales with 48 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 28, Kapaa with 27 transactions, Lihue with 21 transactions, and Waimea with 3 transactions.
