Kauai real estate transactions for the month of November 2016 are reflected on the graph above. 61 Kauai residential homes, 8 vacant Kauai land properties and 26 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in October 2016. The Kapaa district led sales with 30 transactions, followed by Koloa with 25 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 19 transactions, followed by Lihue with 12 transactions and followed by Waimea with 9 transactions.
