Kauai real estate transactions for the month of May 2017 are reflected on the graph above. 51 Kauai residential homes, 28 vacant Kauai land properties and 40 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in May 2017. The Koloa district led sales with 38 transactions, followed by Lihue with 27 transactions, Kapaa with 26 and Hanalei with 24, and followed by Waimea with 4 transactions.
