The number of Kauai real estate transactions for the month of May 2014 is reflected on the graph above. 47 Kauai residential homes, 28 vacant Kauai land properties and 35 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in May 2014. The Kapaa district led sales with 32 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 30 transactions, Koloa with 26 transactions, Lihue with 16 transactions and Waimea with 6 transactions.
