Kauai real estate transactions for the month of June 2017 are reflected on the graph above. 54 Kauai residential homes, 19 vacant Kauai land properties and 51 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in June 2017. The Hanalei district led sales with 38 transactions, followed by Koloa with 30 transactions, Lihue and Kapaa tied with 25 transactions each, followed by Waimea with 6 transactions.
