Kauai real estate transactions for the month of July 2018 are reflected on the graph above. 53 Kauai residential homes, 19 vacant Kauai land properties and 33 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in July 2018. The Kapaa district led sales with 35 transactions, followed by Koloa with 32 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 19 transactions, followed by Lihue with 11 transactions each, and Waimea with 8 transactions.
