Kauai real estate transactions for the month of January 2017 are reflected on the graph above. 49 Kauai residential homes, 20 vacant Kauai land properties and 39 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in January 2017. The Koloa district led sales with 33 transactions, followed by Kapaa and Hanalei, both with 26 transactions, followed by Lihue with 17 transactions and followed by Waimea with 6 transactions.
