The Kauai real estate transactions for the month of January 2015 is reflected on the graph above. 33 Kauai residential homes, 6 vacant Kauai land properties and 26 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in January. The Hanalei districts led sales with 21 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 18 transactions, Koloa with 14 transactions, Lihue with 9 and Waimea with 3 transactions.
