Kauai real estate transactions for the month of January 2016 are reflected on the graph above. 30 Kauai residential homes, 8 vacant Kauai land properties and 35 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in January 2016. The Koloa district led sales with 21 transactions, followed by Kapaa and Hanalei with 19 transactions each, followed by Lihue with 13 transactions, followed by Waimea with 1 transaction.
