Kauai real estate transactions for the month of February 2018 are reflected on the graph above. 53 Kauai residential homes, 12 vacant Kauai land properties and 36 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in February 2018. The Koloa district led sales with 30 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 29 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 20 transactions, Lihue with 18 transactions, and Waimea with 4 transactions.
